Who Knew Santa Could Be So Naughty?

In September, my story Sweet Surprise won the montly erotica contest at Babeland. The prize was a gift certificate, and we put it to good use! Our Christmas presents for each other arrived yesterday afternoon.

Here's what we got:

Lube Sampler. I was impressed with the variety of lubes in this sampler. We got a sizable sample of Maximus, Liquid Silk, Sliquid Swirl (in green apple tart, no less!), and a host of smaller samples, some of them flavored. We played with a bit of Slippery Stuff, which definitely lives up to its name.

Body Wax Massage Candle, Vanilla Scent. This is a very nice product, and I'm going to be buying more of them. It's a 2 oz. candle, but it seems that a little goes a long way with this. It's simple to use: Light the candle, let a pool of melted wax form, them blow out the candle and drip a few drops onto the skin. Voila! Very warm massage oil. Though we've only done a slight bit of experimentation with this one so far -- we lit it up and played with a few drops for a hand massage -- it became clear pretty quickly that this is going to get a lot of use. The wax is very warm, and it serves as a long-lasting massage oil, not one of those cheap brands that sinks too quickly into the skin and has to be reapplied over and over.

And last, but certainly not least:

The Pinwheel. This little thing looks rather benign, but once you actually slide it across your lover's skin, the power of it is evident. The pinwheel has small spikes that are almost razor-sharp, and it makes for an interesting feeling. On the inside of the arm, it feels almost like a tattoo needle. On the back, it leaves a trail of warmth. On those more intimate places, it verges from painful to delightful, depending on the pressure applied. It's a great sensation toy. I can't wait to pair this one with a blindfold and play -- sensory overload!

Once the novelty of these toys wears off, we're going buy something else. We are definitely interested in more of the Massage Candles, and in more of the sensation play items, like the mini floggers. I'm also going to get one of the Babeland sampler packs as a Valentine's Day indulgence.
